I am writing to say Thank You. Thank you for taking the time out of your incredibly busy schedule to write a letter, an email or interact on Social Media. It means very much to me, as a ceramic artist who has been crafting her work for years and has finally taken the leap to apply to shows and exhibits to be on the receiving end of your acknowledgement. I appreciate your consideration and kindness, and these interactions inspire and encourage me.

While I know that I am not going to be accepted into every one of the exhibits that I apply for, I will keep reaching for that next level, and I will be able to see the value in the effort, in part because you all have been generous with your time, and I know that you are cheering me, and other artists like me, on.
